ShiftStack Privacy Policy
ShiftStack is designed as a local-first nurse money-goal tracker. This policy explains what the current release does and does not do with your information.

The current release does not collect personal data on developer-operated servers. Goals, targets, steps, notes, manually entered progress, demo-only planning items, preferences, and notification settings are stored on your device using Apple platform storage.
Tracking
The current release does not track you across apps or websites and does not use advertising identifiers.
Accounts
The current release does not require account creation or sign-in. If a future version adds accounts or cloud sync, this policy will be updated before that release.
Purchases
If you buy a ShiftStack subscription, Apple processes the purchase through the App Store. ShiftStack does not receive your payment card details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Notifications
If enabled, ShiftStack schedules local notifications for due targets and weekly nurse-money challenges. You can change notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Apple Watch
If paired with Apple Watch, ShiftStack sends a compact snapshot of goal progress and active steps to the Watch app using Apple WatchConnectivity.
Banking and Wallet
Developer-lab banking and Apple Wallet surfaces are hidden from release builds. The current release does not connect to live bank accounts or issue production Wallet passes.
AI and hosted services
The current public release does not describe hosted AI coaching as live. If a future version adds account sync, hosted coaching, banking aggregation, analytics, support forms, or cloud storage, this policy and the App Store privacy details must be updated before that release.
Children
ShiftStack is intended for users managing their own personal planning. It is not directed to children under 13.
Your choices
You can disable notifications in iOS Settings. You can remove local ShiftStack data by deleting the app from your device.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as ShiftStack changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
