Chest Tube Simulator Support
Chest Tube Simulator is an interactive dry-seal chest drainage teaching simulator for nursing and medical education. Learners can use guided lessons, challenges, and practice controls to study how the simulated device responds.
Is this app for patient care?
No. Chest Tube Simulator is education and simulation software, not medical advice and not a medical device. It is not connected to a patient and must not be used for monitoring, diagnosis, treatment, triage, or emergency decisions. Follow current facility policy, manufacturer instructions, and qualified instructor guidance in clinical settings.
Where is my learning progress stored?
Lesson completion and challenge progress are stored on your device. The app has no account or sign-in. Deleting the app removes its locally stored progress. See the Chest Tube Simulator Privacy Policy.
What should I try if a control is not responding?
- Confirm that you are in Practice mode or at an interactive step in a lesson.
- Close and reopen the app if a control remains unavailable.
- Restart the device after installing an iOS or iPadOS update.
- Email support with the exact screen and control if the issue continues.

Apple processes the App Store purchase. Purchase-history and refund options are available through your Apple Account or at reportaproblem.apple.com.
