Yard Sale Treasure Finder Terms of Use

1. The estimate is informational only

The App produces estimates of resale value using AI and public marketplace data. Estimates are not appraisals, offers, or guarantees. Actual value depends on condition, authenticity, completeness, fees, shipping, local demand, timing, and the buyer. You are solely responsible for your buying, selling, and pricing decisions. We are not liable for outcomes based on an estimate.

2. Acceptable use

Use the App only for lawful purposes. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to violate any marketplace's or third party's terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account).

4. Subscriptions

Some features require an auto-renewable subscription ("Premium") billed through your Apple Account:

• Premium is offered on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis at the price shown in the App.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Intellectual property

The App and its content are owned by us and our licensors. Marketplace listing data shown in the App belongs to its respective owners and is provided for comparison purposes.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on an estimate.

7. Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue the App or these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
