GLP 100 helps you turn the first 100 days of a GLP-1 journey into a clear daily routine — log your weight, food and protein, hydration, movement, medication doses, and symptoms, and see your progress, streaks, and private on-device coaching.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything you log stays on your device. The app has no account system and does not upload your health information. See the GLP 100 Privacy Policy for details.
Does the app give medical advice?
No. GLP 100 is a personal tracking and education tool, not medical advice and not a medical device. Always follow your prescribing clinician's guidance, and contact them for severe or persistent symptoms.
Do I need an account?
There is no sign-in. Just open the app and start tracking.
How do I connect Apple Health?
Open the Plan tab and turn on Apple Health. You can choose what the app reads, and you can turn it off at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Health.
Where are my progress photos stored?
Privately inside the app, on your device. They are not added to your photo library by default and are never uploaded.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel at any time in the iOS Settings app under your name → Subscriptions.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. In-app reset options are available in the Plan tab.

iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
