Suddenly there's a lot to keep track of

A GLP-1 prescription comes with a new weekly rhythm: shot day, which side you injected last, water, protein, how you're feeling, weigh-ins, and the questions you meant to ask at your next appointment. None of it is hard. All of it at once is a lot, especially in the early weeks, when side effects and a quiet appetite make everything feel less predictable.

GLP 100 gives all of it one calm home, and something most trackers don't offer: a finish line. One hundred days: long enough to build the habits and see a real trend, short enough to actually promise yourself.

Private by design: your journey stays yours

Weight and medication are nobody else's business. GLP 100 is built so they can't become anyone else's business:

  • No account, no sign-in. Open the app and start.
  • Everything you log, including weight, meals, doses, symptoms, and photos, is stored on your iPhone, not on our servers. We don't have servers for your data.
  • No analytics, no ads, no third-party tracking of any kind.
  • Coaching summaries are generated on your device by default. Optional AI Coaching is off unless you turn it on, and even then your photos, your medication name, and your dose never leave your iPhone.
  • Food search and barcode lookups send only the barcode or search term, never your name, your health data, or anything that identifies you.

Built for the GLP-1 routine, not bolted onto a diet app

One 60-second check-in

Hunger, nausea, energy, and hydration, the exact things your prescriber asks about, logged in about a minute a day.

The GLP-1 stuff, built in

Dose timing, injection-site rotation, and symptom patterns are first-class features here, not afterthoughts.

Trend, not noise

Your weight journey shows a starting point, a goal, milestones, and a trend line, so one heavy morning can't ruin your week.

A coach that reads your week

Plain-language next steps drawn from your dose rhythm, symptoms, food, movement, and streaks, generated on your device.

What's inside

Food and protein without the spreadsheet feel

A daily calorie budget you can read at a glance, protein, carb, and fat progress, barcode scanning and food search, and one-tap repeats of your go-to meals. A quiet lifesaver on low-appetite days.

Weight, dose, measurements, fitness, and wellness in one place

Log your weekly shot with the site you used, so rotation takes care of itself. Watch your weight journey across ranges from a week to your whole 100 days. Add body measurements with a simple body diagram, log movement, and keep progress photos privately inside the app.

A weekly brief, not a lecture

GLP 100 gathers your week, momentum, protein goal days, weight change, and symptoms, into context you can actually use. With Plus, that becomes written summaries: a reflection after each check-in, a brief every week, and a midweek tune-up when the week needs one.

Apple Health import

Weight, activity, sleep, and more flow in automatically, read on your device.

Progress photos, kept private

Stored inside the app. Never in your camera roll by default, never uploaded.

Injection-site rotation log

Always know which spot is next.

Dose-day rhythm

Your shot day, on your schedule, with gentle reminders.

Milestones and streaks

Day 30, day 60, day 100: moments worth marking.

Journey Guide

Ten short modules on making the most of your 100 days.

How it works

  1. Set your day one

Pick your start date, your goal, and your dose day. Add a starting photo and measurements if you like. Future you will be glad.

  2. Log your day in about a minute

A quick check-in, your meals, your water. On shot day, log the dose and the site. On weigh day, one number.

  3. Read your week, and adjust with your care team

The weekly brief shows your patterns. Bring them to your follow-ups; dose decisions always belong to your prescriber.

FAQ

Is GLP 100 free?

Yes. Everything you log stays free, forever: check-ins, dose and injection-site logging, food and protein, weight journey, photos, Apple Health import, and a full export of your own records whether you subscribe or not. GLP 100 Plus ($19.99/month or $59.99/year, with a 3-day free trial) adds writing: a reflection after each check-in, a weekly brief, a midweek tune-up, and notes comparing your progress photos. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and can be cancelled anytime in Settings.

Does it work with my medication: Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, or a compounded GLP-1?

Yes. GLP 100 works alongside whatever GLP-1 your clinician prescribed. You enter the medication name and dose exactly as prescribed, and pick your dose day. The app never suggests, calculates, or adjusts doses.

Where does my data go?

Your journal stays on your iPhone. There's no account, no sign-in, no analytics, and no ads, and there is no server of ours holding what you log. Two things do leave the phone, both only when you ask for them: a food search or barcode scan sends just that search term or barcode to look up nutrition facts, and optional AI Coaching, off unless you turn it on, sends the numbers behind your summary. Your photos, your medication name, and your doses never leave the phone. Deleting the app deletes its data.

Is this medical advice?

No. GLP 100 is a tracking and education tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. It's designed to make your own observations easier to see and easier to share with your prescriber, and it cites its sources inside the app.

What happens after day 100?

Day 100 is a milestone, not a wall. Your history, photos, and tracking all continue. The 100-day frame exists to give your start a shape and your effort a finish line worth celebrating.

Does it connect to Apple Health?

Optionally, yes. GLP 100 can read weight, activity, sleep, and more from Apple Health, on your device, so less shows up as manual work. You control access in iOS Settings, and you can turn it off anytime.

How is GLP 100 different from other GLP-1 trackers?

Three ways. It's built around the first 100 days as a structured season, not an endless utility. It's private by design: no account, and your journal stays on your phone. And it's made by a registered nurse educator, with sources cited in the app. It also deliberately doesn't try to estimate how much medication is in your body. It tracks the things you and your clinician can actually act on.

Which devices does it support?

iPhone, running iOS 17 or later. It's a one-handed, portrait-first design, built for the sixty seconds a day you'll actually give it.
